I’m a writer and a mum of two young people.
The tiger safari remains on hold, and most of my trekking takes place near Lake Hawea and Wanaka in New Zealand.
To celebrate spring, here is a sleek and fluffy squirrel, enjoying itself in Queen's Park. (We bought new cameras yesterday, so I had to go looking for some wildlife to try mine out on.)
Hope to find something bigger to practise on soon...

I'm happy to take the old cameras off your hands... bound to better than my NEW one!
Anyway, what has happened to the squirrels that live in the tree just out your back window?

Flies? Are you serious? I only eat chocolate.
Ah! a chocolate frog! So very Monty Pythonesque!
Temo will be over soon and I'd classify him as wildlife and he's definitely bigger than a squirrel.
He will be so delighted to see a squirrel!
